By registering for the WeRewards, you get:
  • Free membership for life.
  • Earn monetary Digital vouchers.
  • Exclusive offers, including special invitations to in-store activities and sales Promotions.
No. There is no registration fee to join in the WeRewards loyalty program. All you need is to make a purchase at any Mark & Save outlet and download the WeRewards application on your mobile phone.
No. Membership is free for life. Just register and you’re ready to enjoy the program.
WeRewards have no validity period. It remains valid from the day they are made available to you.
Your privacy is critical and thus restricts access to non-public personal information about our members and maintain strict procedural safeguards to protect it.
You can update your Information through the WeRewards App profile page.
The WeRewards can be used for a wide range of products at the store. You can redeem that from the checkouts or customer service desk at the store.
Your WeRewards membership is considered inactive if there are no transactions in the account for a period of 6 months. This will result in expiry of your card and points earned.

You can redeem your WeRewards points by generating Digital Voucher by yourself at any time through WeRewards App. Our Customer Care Executive can also help you to generate Digital Voucher in your mobile Application.
Points are available for redemption after 24 hrs since the purchase is made.
You can print the WeRewards voucher in denominations of SAR 1, SAR 2, SAR 3 etc.
Yes, you can earn points through WeRewards virtual card. To get WeRewards virtual card, you have to download WeRewards Mobile App. You can just tell your Registered Mobile number during billing to Cashier also to Earn Points.
Points earned will reflect within 24 hrs. of transaction.
If you return a purchase for a cash refund or credit note, the WeRewards points earned will be reversed from your account. When you present a credit note for another purchase, you qualify to earn WeRewards points against that new purchase.
Currently there is no way to do so.
You can check your WeRewards points in two ways:
  • WeRewards Mobile App
  • Points are printed on the purchase bill.

Download the WeRewards App. (Available on the App Store and Play Store).

Click on the “Home” icon at the bottom left of the screen.

Show your WeRewards card/App Based WeRewards Virtual Card or Registered Mobile Number each time you shop at any of the Mark & Save Outlets at cash counters.
You earn 1 point on every purchase value of SAR 10.
Yes, you will be eligible to earn points as per same calculation.
WeRewards rewards can be earned at all the Mark & Save Outlets in Saudi. Redemption will be through Digital voucher which can be generated by you in WeRewards App and can be used at any Mark & Save Store in Saudi.
